When a leading coffee brand identified an untapped opportunity in the Middle East, they needed more than just data — they needed the full consumer story to succeed.

The Challenge

Coffee drinkers in the Middle East strongly favour traditional coffee. Our client who was looking to introduce coffee capsules to this largely untapped market needed to ensure they were entering the space with the most suitable and likely to be adopted product. 

The SBX Approach

SBX carried out in depth concept testing and refinement at scale, collecting reactions to Arabic Coffee capsules from 2,000 coffee drinking consumers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

SBX teased out prices flavour preferences, adoption liklihoods, and specific barriers to adoption.
